ahhh~~~ its another free sunday....

had the random idea of making the desserts - Sai-Mai-Lou!!!

called n kacao jenny - asked her bout the steps of making Sai-Mai-Lou...

get ready with the materials n here's the making...

the very first step: boil water together with pandan leafs...

at the same time,, steam the coconut milk...

when the water is boiled,, take out the pandan leafs... then add-in the sugar... continue to boil it...

when the sugar-water is boiled,, add-in sagu... continue to boil til the sagu turn to 'jelly'-ish...

wait til everything boiled... add-in the steamed-coconut-milk and evaporated milk...

cool it in the fridge.. before u eat,, add watermelon or honeydew or any other fruits as u like...

TAH-DA~~~ this is my own-made dessert-Sai Mai Lou~!!

ahh~~ its another bored-sat night!!!
had ask him to on9 but he is not at home... couldn't on9 n chat with me... how bored...
n here i blog... since i had nthg to do... (actually there r journals n notes waiting for me...) =P

went to henry's house this noon... as i need his help to re-format my laptop...

once again,, thank you very much Henry Goh for ur FOC service... *appreciate* really sorry tat i had disturb u for the whole noon... *hee*
n gar yau on wat u had told me~~ =)

N now my laptop is backed to normal... erm,, should rephrase it...
my laptop now is just like a virgin-laptop... with re-install Vista plus microsoft office 2007... new antivirus system... etc... yeah~~~!!! =)

n Mr. Henry, i'm here to made my promise tat i will not let my itchy hand to do any updates on my vista n also microsoft office... lol

reached home around 6 after picking mum from Uncle's house.. she was visitting my cousin who invloved in the motorcycle-accident last few days... thank god its not the serious 1...

received a post-card from darling-steffi yesterday... ahhh~~ how sweet... lol

yea,, was glad tat u still remember ur promise with us: send one postcard to us whenever u go for 'real' holiday!! hah~~ here u kept ur promise!!! *whee*
enjoy ur holiday in Barcelona with ur family yea... hope to meet with u soon...
as u told us,, if nthg goes wrong,, u will back on early of Oct... remember our plan yea... *hehehe*

ahem ahem,, hem hem hemm.... ahh my throat!!! its getting serious yest...
aha~~ got this throat prob since thurs... after my singing section with darling-stella...
(P/S: to darling-penny, sorry for not ajaking u as we guess u must be busy with ur class on tat day...)

yeap... had date with stella in neway, one-u after my class on thursday noon...
as usual... the 2 crazy-gals were sang their lung out, dance like the 38... n havin our so called 'concert' in the k-room.. lol
yea,, we r just 38... really enjoy our time there... haha...
n its damn embarasing tat i almost went into the male toilet after our singing... thanks to the waiter n darling-stella who stopped me from entering the toilet... (couldn't imagine the scene if i really enter the male toilet... lol)

thanks darling stella,, for ur accompanies...
n good luck on ur coming exam on next week yea~~ ;)

tats all for my activity on thurs...

n on fri... aha~~ throat prob gone to minor in the morning... who knows its became the serious after my tuition class... huh!! to deal with my naughty student.. need to act fierce sometimes... n here my throat goes serious now... ah~~ need honey urgently!!!

n now... m busy downloading all the journals tat given by my lecture... wth!! tats too many... and every journal is about 15-20 pages or even more... full with words and theories... ahah~~~ its seems like this sem is gonna be so tough...
again... Gambate,, Ah-Sim!!! ;)

new sem started!!!

ahh~~ its fast... my class started today...
this morning was so not willing to get up... after few times being kacao by sis,, n finally... i wake up... ahh... its 6.05am... its being long time tat i had not wake up this early... so miss my bed... dragged myself to wash-up and dress-up... after done all, its 6.55am... OMG,, i was late... quickly run to have my nutrition drinks and ready to go... mmm~~ was praying in my heart tat no jam on all the way uni.... eventhough i know tat is impossible...

n yea,, it is really impossible for wat i was praying for... the traffic was jam all the way... shit! y is there a traffic light on every junction along Jalan Ipoh?? didn't any road-user (from Jalan Ipoh) feel inconvenient on it?? it is terrible u know... all these lights are the cause of jam... wth!!!
n finally i reached the uni by 730am...

got my timetable for the sem from crystal... *thank you!!* looking on monday's schedule... okay,, there's one class on monday only.. but when looking on the time stated... its 4-6pm... wth!! the time is like hangging in the middle of the day... 6pm... its the busiest time on the road... definitely will get stuck in the jam... *aiks*
well, there is also happy thing on the timetable... which is: I had no class on friday!!! *happy*

after the briefing plus introduction that made by Mr Wong... felt tired... went back home straight after settled my subjects enrolment and some admin stuffs... took my nap for few hours after tat.. lol n again,, i missed my lunch...

n yea.. tats part of my day for today...
hmm... for the new sem, new classes and new ppl and not to forget the new subjects... take it as challenge... n of coz face it in positive way...

30/08/08 - a day out to Karena's Convo plus own countdown for merdeka with my girls & some strangers in the park of Desa Park City... lol quite fun...

hmm~~~ so fast,, thinking back on our PD trip last year... its one year dy... it was so fun... *miss tat time much*

by right this year we should be in somewhere else for trip and celebrating our merdeka there...

my darlings out there,, lets made urself free next year and had our trip again to somewhere else... hmmm~~ i think tat time hoi & xiou would be able to join... *whee* Lets plan!!!
